Originally, the ongoing Ozzy Osbourne exhibition “Working Class Hero” at the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery was set to close on September 28, 2025. But there’s good news for all Ozzy fans who want to revisit the rock legend’s legacy: the exhibition has been officially extended and will now remain open until the end of 2025 due to high demand!

The Journey from Working Class to Rock Legend

The exhibition was created in partnership with Central BID Birmingham and was opened by Sharon Osbourne on June 25, 2025, just ahead of the historic Black Sabbath farewell concert: “Back To The Beginning.”

Those who walk through the museum will find numerous photos, videos, gold records, and many more of Ozzy’s awards, from Grammys to MTV Awards, presenting the full journey of young Ozzy, growing up working-class in Aston, Birmingham, to becoming a global rock icon.

Sam Watson of Central BID commented on the high demand for the exhibition:

“The response from the public has been phenomenal, and it’s only right that the exhibition continues so even more people can pay tribute to Ozzy’s extraordinary life.”

The exhibition is free to attend. If you want to plan your visit, you’ll find all important info about opening hours, directions, and more at:
