Wacken Open Air 2026: Over 50 New Bands Added to the Lineup

To close out the month, Wacken Open Air has revealed a massive new wave of bands: along with new headliner Judas Priest, plenty of additional highlights are joining the roster.

For the 2026 festival edition celebrating its 35th anniversary, W:O:A has delivered another major band announcement. More than 50 new acts appear on the lineup poster, including the third confirmed headliner Judas Priest, who now join Def Leppard and Powerwolf in the spotlight.

Other highlights include Arch Enemy, Black Label Society, Hämatom, Paradise Lost, President, Saxon, Yngwie Malmsteen, and many more.
